Singing Strings Music ws created in 2005 to bring intimate, soulful, instrumental music to your surroundings. Weaving together various styles to create sounds that will move and inspire you, music with elements that will appeal to all.
In 2006 we plan to release two cds, both will be traditional hymns. This series will have three volumes when it is completed. We will be taking hymns and performing them so each release has it's own individual musical style. A style not defined by musical genre. Steve will be performing in support of these releases.
In 2007 we forsee more public performances at festivals and shows mainly in the eastern US. We also plan on new cd releases, one to finish our collection of hymns and one to start a new series, possibly one with a blues theme.
The creation of Singing Strings Music has been a journey and we think the music reflects this. In a journey sometimes things don't go as planned, so keep checking back to see where we are.
